Sherwood Forest is a neighborhood located in southern Chesapeake on Cedar Rd. It is a community of single family homes ranging in size from 2000 square feet to over 3100 square feet. As of August 10, 2012 there are two homes for sale and they are priced at $279,000 and $329,000. There are no homes under contract at this time. In the past six months there have been one sale. The sales price for that home was $284,900. There is no Homeowners Association in this community. As of August 9, 2012 are six homes for sale and they are priced form $274,500 to $315,000. There is one home under contract and its list price was $295,000. In the past six months there have been eight sales ranging in price from $250,000 to $340,000. There is no Homeowners Association in this community.
